REL students honored veterans on Friday, Nov. 8th with a parade led by the UTEP color guard. It was a great opportunity for our students to learn about being grateful to those that have served our country. Ms. Rodriguez and Ms. Hernandez both coordinated and planned for this event by inviting members of our community to participate. Our parent veterans were invited to partake in a small breakfast and enjoyed some time with their veteran counterparts.
